I arrived in Norway in August of 2011 and the first thing that struck me was the absolutely stunning visual beauty. There is an effect here that, I either had lost in the states or the states have lost within the pollution. It is beyond a 3-D view.
The summer flowers and colors are so vivid and more than I can capture with my cameras.
The waterways and fjords are unlike anything that the states has to offer.
These were some of my very first images of what would become the land that would inspire me again.
Mind you Colorado, Hawaii, even still parts of Washington state are quite beautiful, but still even in those places, it seems something has gone missing.
